I noticed a significant dropoff in my performance when I did not get my normal AimLabs / Koovak training in. The inability to hold still / focus on the crosshair was so great that in many matches, I simply whiffed and bottom fragged in every match.
I think that there's a strong need to develop a short, concise routine, and a separate workout routine where I focus on improvement. Perhaps I could use the sens randomizer during the training period, and turn it off during the light warmup.
